Consensable offers a variety of modes designed to suit the specific shape of the answer you are looking for. You can trigger these by using a slash command or by letting the system auto-detect the mode based on your question.
The open-ended modes include /ask, which is the default mode for general questions; /debate, which frames topics as a structured for-vs-against argument; /write, for generating articles or summaries; and /dispatch, which routes your question to a single best-suited model without panel synthesis.
For verification tasks, you can use /factcheck to verify the accuracy of a statement, /review to get feedback on text you provide, and /grade to evaluate work against a specific rubric or set of criteria.
For decision-making, /vote is available for yes-or-no or single-choice questions, while /rank is used for ordering a list of options using a deterministic Condorcet/Schulze voting method.
Finally, the /help mode is available for asking questions about the product or its features, and it is always free to use.
